During working hours we call back or write in the messenger you prefer. If the enquiry arrives at night, we reply in the morning.
We work out the task: what the business is, who the client is, what the site has to do. That is 10–15 minutes of conversation or messaging, with no obligations.
We prepare a proposal: scope of work, cost and deadlines. Everything is put in writing before anything starts.
Once approved, we sign the contract and start on the prototype. You see intermediate results at every stage.
Everything we agree is put in writing, and we never take money up front — you see the result of the work before you pay for it.
We take no money in advance. Payment terms are agreed with you beforehand — by arrangement or under the contract.
Contract, invoice and certificate of completed work. We are a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP, 3rd group) and not VAT-registered, so the price is final — no VAT is added on top.
