We update WordPress core and plugins, fix errors and make changes to WordPress sites — including ones we did not build. One-off work is ₴600/h; ongoing support starts at ₴2,900/mo.
We work under a formal contract, with no prepayment. You get an estimate in hours before we start, and if anything unexpected comes up, we check with you first.
WordPress, themes and plugins are updated all the time: authors patch vulnerabilities, and hosting providers move to newer PHP versions. A site nobody has updated for years will sooner or later break after a server change or become an easy target for attackers.
We take care of the technical side: updating core, themes and plugins — always after taking a backup — fixing errors, replacing abandoned plugins and moving the site to a current PHP version. You see the estimate in hours before any work starts, so the bill is never a surprise.
We also support sites built by other developers: first we check what state they are in and tell you what to fix first. If the site is already infected, we start with malware removal.

The amount of edits included in monthly support is agreed in the contract; anything beyond that is billed at ₴600/h. Larger jobs — new sections, integrations, a redesign — are quoted separately.
Before updating core, a theme or plugins we take a full backup and check compatibility. Major updates are tried on a copy of the site first, and if something goes wrong, we restore the working version.
500 Internal Server Error, the white screen of death, “Error establishing a database connection”, a layout broken by an update — we find the cause in the logs instead of switching everything off at random.
A plugin its author has not updated for years is an open door for attackers. We find a maintained replacement or move the feature into the theme so you no longer depend on someone else’s code.
Old PHP versions no longer receive security updates, and hosting providers gradually switch them off. We check your theme and plugins for compatibility and only switch the live site once everything works on a copy.
We change blocks, copy and styles through a child theme so edits survive updates. We set up sending via SMTP and check the domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so form emails get delivered and are less likely to land in spam.
We strip out what is not needed, set up caching and protect the admin login from password guessing. If the site is seriously slow, there is a dedicated service: website speed optimisation.

We look at the site and tell you how many hours the work will take before we begin.
We copy the files and database first, and only then update, fix or improve.
