When someone asks ChatGPT “best renovation companies in Lviv” or “which CRM should I choose”, the model searches the web and builds an answer from sources it trusts: websites, directories, reviews, ratings and media mentions. If AI bots cannot read your site, or there is little clear information about you, you are simply not in the answer.
It is not a separate “magic” channel but an extension of SEO. Your site needs to be open to AI bots, clearly structured, marked up with Schema.org and full of clear answers to customer questions — and other sources need to mention your business too. This work is called GEO, generative engine optimisation.
