We work under a formal contract, with no prepayment. You pay the ad budget to Meta directly from your own account — the money never goes through us.
Facebook and Instagram do not respond to a search query like Google does: they show ads to people based on their interests, behaviour or similarity to your customers. That is why they work well for things people buy “with their eyes”: clothing, beauty, furniture, renovation, courses, events and local businesses.
Budgets are usually wasted not because of bad banners but because of the setup: no pixel or events, a campaign optimised for clicks instead of leads, ads leading to a page that does not convert. That is where we start — we set up lead tracking and check where the ads lead.
If you do not have a page for the ads yet, you can start with a landing page or with Meta’s instant lead forms inside Facebook and Instagram — we will tell you which is cheaper for your niche.
Our fee is separate from the ad budget. We fix the price and scope in the contract, with no prepayment.
The ad budget is paid to Meta separately, from your own account. If the account has no VAT number, Meta adds 20% Ukrainian VAT to the budget — factor that in. To start, we recommend a budget of at least ₴6,000 a month.
Meta Pixel plus lead and call events. On sites we build on our own CMS we also add the Conversions API, so less data is lost to ad blockers.
