We work under a formal contract, with no prepayment. After the audit you get a list of specific fixes ranked by importance, not generic advice.
UX (user experience) is what it is like to use the site: is it easy to find things, understand the price and send an enquiry? It covers site structure, user journeys, prototypes and usability testing. UI (user interface) is the visual layer: colours, fonts, buttons, icons and how they behave.
Neither works without the other: a beautiful interface with confusing logic frustrates people, while a well-thought-out structure in sloppy styling does not inspire trust. So we build the user journey first and only then dress it in a visual style.
For a site that needs a full overhaul, the UX audit becomes the first stage of a redesign. If you are broadly happy with the site, the audit’s fixes can be applied selectively, without a new design.
The audit can be ordered on its own, and its findings later feed into the design. We agree the price before starting, and there is no prepayment.
Coding is not included: coding from the mock-up starts at ₴1,500 per page. If you decide to have us do the design after the audit, we work straight from its findings, so nothing needs explaining twice.
We find out who your visitors are and why they come: to check a price, compare options, book. For each goal we map the shortest path to action.

A clickable Figma prototype lets you walk through the site before design and coding, and fix the logic while that is still cheap.
Where it makes sense, we give the prototype to a few people from your audience or your team and watch where they hesitate and slip up. Even a handful of sessions usually reveals the main problems.
Colours, typography, grid and icons, plus states for every element: default, hover, pressed, error, disabled. That keeps the interface predictable, and a form error looks designed rather than improvised.
The interface has to work for people with low vision and for those using a keyboard or a screen reader. So we watch contrast under WCAG, field labels and visible focus.
