When your IP becomes a problem

Mail lands in spam The server address landed on blacklists because of neighbours on shared hosting. Worth checking before a campaign fails.

Region-blocked access A service reads your country from the address and blocks you. Sometimes wrongly, if the provider database is out of date.

What is my IP address

The page instantly shows your external IP address — the one every website sees when you visit it. Along with the address we detect your internet provider, approximate city and network ASN. Remember: IP geolocation detects the provider node, not your physical address, so the city may differ — that is normal. If you are on a VPN, this page shows the VPN server address instead of your real one, which is a quick way to verify your VPN is working.

How to hide my IP?
Use a VPN or proxy — they replace your real IP with their server address, hiding your true location.
Is the IP static or changing?
On most home connections the IP is dynamic and changes on reconnect. A static IP is usually ordered separately for servers.
