A QR code for a link, Wi-Fi or a business card.
Many generators create a “dynamic” code that points at their own server, which then forwards to your address. When the trial ends the code stops working, and the business cards you printed become waste paper.
The address is encoded into the image itself. The code works forever and depends on no service.
