Website for an auto repair shop Auto repair shop website development — BB STUDIO or service station

A driver looks for a garage in three situations: something started knocking, the service interval is due, or it is time to change tyres. In all three they want the same thing — to understand how much it will cost for their car specifically, whether they can come tomorrow at ten, and where it actually is. A garage website has to answer those three questions in 20 seconds on a phone, otherwise the driver calls the next bay down the road.

We build garage websites around three things: a price list by vehicle class or brand, online bay booking with a real schedule, and pages that collect “garage + district” and “tyre fitting + city” queries. Plus reminders for the next service, so the client comes back to you instead of searching again.

Auto repair shop website development — BB STUDIO

Who we build auto repair websites for

A general garage and a detailing studio live by different logic — and their websites differ. Four typical clients:

General repair garage

Servicing, suspension, electrics, brakes, diagnostics — hundreds of jobs, and the driver is looking for one specific one. The site has to be a service catalog with prices by vehicle class and fast booking, not “car repair of any complexity”.

Single-brand specialist

The client searches “Toyota service Kyiv” or “Volkswagen repair Obolon”. The site has to be about that brand: typical faults, prices for common jobs, OEM vs aftermarket parts, why not the dealer.

Tyre fitting and seasonal storage

Two peaks a year when the site has to handle queues and book everyone, and quiet the rest of the time. Price by rim size, booking for a specific hour, tyre storage with a calculator — and reminders in spring and autumn.

Detailing, body repair, roadworthiness tests

Here you sell by result: full-screen before/after photos, process videos, clear packages with prices. For roadworthiness tests it is the opposite — booking speed and the documents to bring matter most.

Why a template does not work for a garage website

  • The driver wants a price for a specific job on a specific car. “Oil change — from ₴300” tells a crossover owner nothing. You need a price list filterable by brand or at least by vehicle class — and a template has nothing like it.
  • Bay booking is a real schedule: how many bays, which are busy, how long the job takes. A site builder's “leave your number” form knows none of that, and the receptionist calls back an hour later, when the driver has already booked elsewhere.
  • Seasonality. In October and April ten times more people come for tyre fitting — the site has to survive the peak and show the seasonal offer without a manual redesign of the home page. A template either goes down or shows the summer offer in November.
  • Trust in a garage is built on photos of the bay and the mechanics, not a stock mechanic in spotless overalls. The driver wants to see where they are taking their car. A template offers stock photos — and looks like every other garage in town.
  • Half of a garage's clients search from a phone on the road. Address, hours and a tappable phone number must be on the first screen, with “get directions” one tap away. In a template all of that sits in the footer nobody scrolls to.

What an auto repair website structure includes

Seven modules that answer the driver's three questions — how much, when and where:

01

Services with prices by vehicle class

Groups — servicing, suspension, brakes, electrics, body, tyres — each with jobs priced for a hatchback, a crossover, an SUV and a van. Or filtered by brand, if you specialise. Searchable.

02

Online bay booking

Choose the service → date and time from the real bay schedule → Viber confirmation. Job duration is built in, so there are no double bookings. The driver books at 11 pm — and in the morning sees their car in the schedule.

03

Pages per car brand

“Toyota repair”, “Skoda service”, “Renault maintenance” — typical model faults, prices for common jobs, which parts you fit. Each page collects “brand + repair + city” queries.

04

Seasonal block and offers

Tyre fitting in autumn and spring, air conditioning before summer, rustproofing before winter — the home page block switches on by date automatically. Offers with an expiry date disappear on their own.

05

Gallery of real work and the bay

Photos of your bays, lifts, mechanics at work and completed before/after repairs. Not stock. The driver sees where they are coming — and trusts you.

06

“Warranty and parts” page

How much warranty on labour and on parts, OEM or aftermarket, whether you can bring your own, what happens if something goes wrong. Removes the main fear of “they will botch it and vanish”.

07

Contacts on the first screen

Address, hours, a tappable phone number, “Get directions” and “Book” buttons — immediately, no scrolling. Half of drivers view the site from the road, and they have ten seconds.

Integrations for a garage website

A garage website has to live alongside the bay schedule and bring clients back for the next service, not just sit on the internet:

Bay booking and schedule

An in-house bay schedule in the admin panel or integration with your garage management software. The mechanic sees the timetable on a tablet in the bay, reception sees all bookings, the driver gets a confirmation.

Service reminders

Six months later or by mileage the client gets an SMS or Viber message: “Time for an oil change — book now?” with a booking link. The cheapest repeat clients you have.

Tyre and wheel selection by vehicle

The driver picks brand, model and year — sees the sizes that fit and the tyre fitting price by rim size. If you sell tyres — with stock and price right there.

Viber bot with repair status

“Car received”, “diagnostics complete, estimate attached”, “done, ready for pickup”. The client does not call every two hours — and does not annoy the mechanic.

Google Maps reviews

Real reviews on the home page and service pages. After the visit the client gets a “leave a review” link — and the Maps rating grows by itself. For a garage this is the main source of new clients.

Telephony and analytics

Binotel or Ringostat: a call from the site reaches a free receptionist, missed ones go to a list. Bookings and calls flow into GA4 and ads as conversions. You see which services and districts actually bring clients.

Site builder, template or a custom garage website — which to choose

We compare on what affects a driver's booking, not on the number of templates:

Where a garage's clients come from online

A garage is a local business with seasonal peaks. The site has to reinforce maps and catch the season:

Google Maps

“Garage near me” is maps. For an auto repair shop the Google Maps listing with bay photos and reviews brings more clients than anything else. The site has to reinforce it: the same name and address, a booking link, reviews flowing both ways.

Local SEO by service

“Oil change Darnytsia”, “suspension repair Troieshchyna”, “24h tyre fitting Pozniaky” — service pages with the district in the copy collect these queries for years.

Seasonal advertising

Tyre fitting in October and April, air conditioning in May, rustproofing in October. Ads lead to a page with a price and booking for a specific hour — not to the home page.

Repeat clients

Reminders about servicing in six months and seasonal tyre changes — these are clients that cost you almost nothing. A site with a client database does this automatically.

How much an auto repair website costs

The price depends on the number of services, whether you need bay booking with a schedule, whether you specialise by brand, and whether you need reminders. Three typical configurations:

Landing page for tyre fitting or one service

from 7 days
from ₴9,900

One page: prices by rim size or vehicle class, hourly booking, map, bay photos, reviews. The most popular format for tyre fitting and detailing — for seasonal ads.

Garage website

2–3 weeks
from ₴19,900

A service catalog with prices by vehicle class, bay booking with a schedule, a seasonal block, a bay gallery, warranty, Google reviews, district pages, an SEO structure. The most common choice for general garages.

Chain or garage with integrations

from 4 weeks
from custom quote

Everything above plus branch pages, brand pages, tyre selection by vehicle, a client account with repair history and service reminders, a Viber status bot, integration with your garage management software.

An exact quote is free and takes 15 minutes after your request. Bring your price list in any form to the briefing — the service catalog will grow out of it.

Our approach to auto repair websites

Our experience

In our portfolio we show projects our clients allowed us to publish, so we do not pass off other people's garages as ours. What makes an auto repair website work — a price list in one filterable database, booking with a real schedule, speed on a phone from the road, an admin panel where reception updates prices and offers themselves — we have proven on the studio's corporate and e-commerce projects: custom code without plugins, 90+ PageSpeed on mobile. See our delivered work, and we will discuss the specifics of your garage at the briefing.

Speed Responsive SEO base Integrations

Mistakes we see on other garage websites

Before starting we go through the garages in your area. Here is what repeats almost everywhere:

  1. The price list is a photo of a sheet of paper on the wall. Unreadable on a phone, unsearchable, a year out of date.
  2. The phone number is not tappable and there is one for the whole site. A driver on the road will not retype it by hand — they will tap the one that works, on a competitor's site.
  3. No address or directions on the first screen. “Where is it?” is the driver's first question, and the answer is hidden in the footer.
  4. Not a single photo of the actual station — just a stock mechanic in white gloves. The driver cannot tell where they are taking the car, and does not trust it.
  5. The site has not been updated in three years: a “winter tyres -15%” offer in July, a “news” item from 2022. The driver wonders whether the garage still exists.
  6. Not a word about warranty or parts. The main fear — “they will botch it and fit who knows what” — is left unaddressed, and the driver goes to the dealer.

What to prepare before starting a garage website

The more of this you have at the briefing, the shorter the timeline. The first two items are mandatory:

  1. The price list in a table: service, price for hatchback / crossover / SUV / van, approximate duration. Not a photo of the sheet on the wall.
  2. Number of bays, opening hours, how you take bookings now (notebook, software) — so we build the schedule correctly.
  3. Photos of the bay, lifts, mechanics at work, the sign and the entrance — in daylight, from a phone, not stock.
  4. Warranty terms for labour and parts, which parts you fit — OEM, aftermarket, whether customers can bring their own.
  5. Brands you specialise in and, for each, the 5 most common jobs with prices. We will turn these into brand pages.
  6. Seasonal offers for the year: when tyre fitting, when air conditioning, when rustproofing — and prices. We set them up once, then they switch on by themselves.

Glossary: terms you will hear from us during the project

Bay schedule
The occupancy timetable of each lift, taking job duration into account. Online booking shows the driver only the times when a bay of the required duration is free.
Vehicle class
A grouping for the price list: hatchback, crossover, SUV, van. Lets you show an honest price without a separate list for every model.
Seasonal block
A section on the home page that switches on and off by date automatically: tyre fitting in autumn, air conditioning in spring. No manual site redesign twice a year.
Tappable phone number
A number that dials as soon as it is tapped. For a garage where half of clients call from the road — a mandatory detail most sites miss.
Service reminder
An automatic message to the client after a set time or mileage since the visit, with a booking link. The cheapest way to bring a client back that you have.

Yes, if your mechanics are specialised: the driver picks the service, then the mechanic or bay, then a time from their schedule. If everyone does everything — booking by bay is simpler and faster for the driver.

By vehicle class — hatchback, crossover, SUV, van — that covers 90 percent of cases and looks honest. For specialised garages we price by brand. And “exact price after diagnostics” goes only where nothing else is genuinely possible.

No — a separate section or landing page inside the garage site, with its own page for “tyre fitting + district” queries, prices by rim size and hourly booking. It collects its own traffic, and the seasonal block on the home page points to it in autumn and spring.

The number of services hardly affects the price — the price list works just as well with 20 or 200 items, it is one table in the admin panel. What matters is different: whether you need scheduled booking, brand pages, reminders. A basic garage site — from ₴19,900.

Yes: after the visit the client goes into the database, and after the set period — usually six months — gets an SMS or Viber message with an offer to book. You set the text and the interval yourself. These are the cheapest repeat clients, and most garages simply do not collect them.

Yes, without technical skills: the price list is a table, offers have a start and end date after which the banner disappears by itself. Seasonal blocks are set up once for the year ahead. Training is included.

A tyre fitting landing page — from 7 days, and we recommend launching it a month before the season. A garage site with catalog and booking — 2–3 weeks. With integrations, brand pages and a client account — from 4 weeks. The longest part is usually preparing the price list on your side.
